Starting with a single consultant over three decades ago the consultancy has grown organically to consists of a team of experienced chartered quantity surveyors and commercial management consultants who offer a niche client-specific service and crafted solutions to the international commercial world.
During our 30+ years we have successfully delivered high-quality assignments on some of the highest value projects being carried out by major global clients within UK, Europe, Canada and Chile.

Global Quantum expanded into Canada in 2012 and have since been involved in some of the largest and most complex infrastructure projects within the country. Our commercial and contractual awareness that has built up over many years of operation has proven invaluable to clients in the region. We have provided claims management and preparation services, forensic delay analysis, quantity surveying, and commercial management services.

Latin America (LATAM) is Global Quantum’s latest target market for expansion. In an effort to capitalize on the exciting opportunities available in the region Global Quantum set up in Santiago, Chile in 2017 to offer services focused on the front end development and feasibility of large-scale construction projects.
Our team of local consultants combine extensive experience in the region, with experience in international mega projects which leaves us perfectly placed to offer a full range of services including, technical advisory services, design and feasibility planning, and tender coordination. We also offer construction-phase focused commercial and contract management.
